Rental Manager Match provides a referral service. We collect information from property owners ("Users") who are seeking property management services and connect them with third-party property management companies ("Service Providers").

3. User Consent to Contact (TCPA Compliance)

By submitting your information through our lead capture form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Rental Manager Match and our partner Service Providers via:

• Telephone (including automated dialing systems)
• SMS/Text Messages

You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase and that standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information (such as a property you do not own or a fake phone number) may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.

5. Relationship of Parties

The Service Providers we refer leads to are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between Rental Manager Match and any Service Provider. We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or pricing of the services provided by the property management companies.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Your submission is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you acknowledge that your data will be shared or transferred to third-party Service Providers for the purpose of providing you with quotes or information regarding property management services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rental Manager Match shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or incidental—resulting from:

• Your use of the Site
• The actions or omissions of any Service Provider you are connected with
• Any contract or agreement you enter into with a Service Provider

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Manager Match and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
